Most are well-rooted or established cuttings - exact status is always listed. Ask if unsure!

How can I care for my plant once recieved?

Unbox your plant immediately on arrival. Let it acclimate in a shady, warm spot for a few days. Water lightly on arrival unless soil is already damp. Most of our plants prefer well-draining mix. Humidity & Light Scindapsus and Philodendrons love bright, indirect light and high humidity - but they’ll adapt to most homes.Soil Mix We recommend an airy mix of coco chip, perlite, bark and a touch of worm castings. ✅

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. Shipping is only available within Australia.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

No, we do not currently ship to Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. We are working on this, please email brisrareplants@hotmail.com to discuss further.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. We're doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

Can I pick up locally?

Absolutely! Pick up available in Parkinson QLD, by appointment only. Email brisrareplants@hotmail.com

What's your packaging like?

Obsessively careful. Plants are secured, padded, and labelled to survive the journey - even the fussy ones.

How to track my order?

An Australia Post Tracking Number will be provided once the order has been processed.

I never got my order, what to do?

Please make sure you tracked your order from the Tracking Number provided. You can email brisrareplants@homail.com for further assistance.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of live plants, we can’t offer returns — but we absolutely want happy customers. If something arrives damaged, send us photos within 24 hours and we’ll work with you for a fair outcome.
