  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made at checkout through our approved payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship to QLD NSW, VIC and SA.

  • Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • We take care to package plants securely, but we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by postal carriers or extreme weather.

  • Certain plants may be restricted due to biosecurity or quarantine laws; it is the buyer’s responsibility to check local regulations before ordering.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assess a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brisbane Rare Plants is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
