Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No we only ship within Australia.

Q: Do you ship Australia-wide?

 
A: No, we do not currently ship to Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. We are working on this, please email brisrareplants@hotmail.com to discuss further.

Q: Are your plants rooted?

A: Most are well-rooted or established cuttings - exact status is always listed. Ask if unsure! 

Q: Can I pick up locally?

A: Absolutely. Pickup is available at Pimpama 4209,(exit 49 off M1) QLD by appointment only. Email brisrareplants@hotmail.com

Q: What’s your packaging like?

A: Obsessively careful. Plants are secured, padded, and labelled to survive the journey - even the fussy ones. 

Q: Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?

A: Yes, get in touch! We offer collector bundles, event gifting, and reseller packs. 

Shipping & Returns Shipping 📦

We ship Australia-wide (excluding NT, WA & TAS) via Express Post only.

Shipping days: Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. 

Every order is carefully packed using moisture control, insulation, and plant-safe wrapping.

Returns & Refunds 🔄

Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot offer returns — but we absolutely want happy customers. If something arrives damaged, send us photos within 24 hours and we’ll work with you for a fair outcome. 

Plant Care Tips 🌱

Unbox your plant immediately on arrival. Let it acclimate in a shady, warm spot for a few days. Water lightly on arrival unless soil is already damp. Most of our plants prefer well-draining mix. Humidity & Light Scindapsus and Philodendrons love bright, indirect light and high humidity - but they’ll adapt to most homes.

Soil Mix We recommend an airy mix of coco chip, perlite, bark and a touch of worm castings. ✅
